The class is designed for the new entrepreneur (or one without a business plan) who needs to know the basics of running a business and making it grow. You will learn about the structure of competitive environments, the blind spots that managers often miss when examining their strategic position, and the fundamental elements of an effective strategy. Entrepreneurs will be presented with information on how to plan a business, and will cover marketing, cash flow, and operations planning. The course will also present "Success Planning," which focuses on the personal goals of the business owner, business ethics, and other personal development topics.
