The Defense Cybersecurity Assurance Program, (DCAP), through a grant from the Department of Defense’s Office of Economic Adjustment, provides support to companies that have a strong need for support in achieving compliance with
NIST 800-171. DCAP Supports defense contractors throughout the supply chain by offering expert cyber security consulting services and matching funds to qualifying companies that need assistance in becoming compliant with NIST SP 800-171. Learn about DCAP’s Goals and Eligibility and hear from one of their pre-vetted cyber security consultants.
This is your opportunity to speak with defense related businesses working toward or having achieved the NIST 800-171 standard and to share ideas for meeting the standard between companies. This is an opportunity to speak openly with one another without a company specializing in selling their services in the room.
Please come to answer or ask these questions and more:
•Are you aware of any cost savings solutions
for multiple companies to share?
•What solution is your company is using to comply?
•Would your solution benefit other local companies?
•Are you hiring, using contractors, or using a third party to meet the standard?
•Has any company purchased cyber liability and crime insurance?
•Are you ready to make an incident report?
