Bring your business ideas and be ready for an engaging, hands-on class that will equip you to take the next step on your entrepreneurial journey. This workshop uses the Business Model Canvas, a strategic tool that can be used to develop a new business model or document an existing one. You will learn the who, what, why, when, and how of the Business Model Canvas, including its essential building blocks, its relationship to your formal business plan, and its effectiveness throughout the life of your business. Leave with the skills and knowledge you need to grow your business.
Facilitator: Kate DiLorenzo
Kate DiLorenzo is a dynamic, cross-functional leader with extensive strategic planning, customer experience, and operational expertise. She is a Six Sigma Green Belt and has her Bachelor’s degree from Northern Michigan University. Kate served as the Director of Business Transformation and PMO for Gordon Food Service for five years. Previously, she worked for American Hotel Register where she moved up from National Account Manager to Vice President of Sales Operations. In her free time, Kate enjoys watching her son play football.
Cost to attend is $25. Registration is required and non-refundable.
